Deposit

A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

Rescheduling / Cancellations

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please send me a message on Instagram at least 48 hours before your booking.

Lateness

Please plan your journey in advance to ensure you arrive on time.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

After 10 minutes, a £10 fee will apply.

After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.

Important Information

Please arrive at your appointment with clean, bare nails, free from polish, unless you have booked a removal. If not, feel free to send me a message on Instagram to let me know in advance.

I do not work over other nail technicians’ work.
